A beautiful boutique studio in the heart of South Norwood providing a unique, calm, and tranquil getaway for your yoga practice. 

ABOUT

Built at the end of a beautiful green garden its aim is to enthuse your practice with the healing qualities of nature. Feel inspired as you watch the roses blossom and the trees sway as you move through your warrior poses, then lie down and follow the clouds passing by through the overhead skylights which bathe the studio with natural light all year round. When darkness falls, lanterns light the way through the garden to the studio which sparkles with candlelight. Fully heated in winter and air conditioned in summer with the added option of throwing open the doors when the weather is fine.

A complete set of props is provided to aid your practice including mats, blocks, blankets, belts and eye bags.

Excellent transport links mean that the studio is within easy reach if you want to practise yoga, pilates or yogalates and you live in South Norwood, Crystal Palace, East Croydon, Addiscombe, Beckenham, Penge, Elmers End, West Wickham, Thornton Heath, Selhurst and the surrounding areas.

Situated on a side street at the bottom end of Portland Road, a 13 minute walk from Norwood Junction Station and a 2 minute walk from Arena tram stop, with buses 130, 197 and 312 stopping at the top of the road itself.

There is plenty of on street parking in the area, however it does get busier at weekends so allow time to park.
