It’s really hard to galvanise oneself to get to yoga sometimes, but your particular class is honestly worth the effort. You provide just the right amount of challenge yet we move through the sequences of poses, stretching and breathing with such elegance

I can feel a great difference, and it is the most enormous relief to wake up free of pain each day, as all the stretching has had an amazing effect on my sciatica. I never expected the psychological impact to be as great as it has been, but weeks of focusing on space in the body has actually led me to totally re-organise my house as well, with de-cluttering on a scale I never imagined. In turn, that’s led to far more emotional/creative space.
It’s a lovely class that each week explores a different theme, so it doesn’t get repetitious. Juliet explains the poses very well and gently tailors to individuals’ abilities. I leave feeling challenged but refreshed

Juliet’s studio is a hidden gem of serenity in South London
I have been to some yoga classes over the years but I never really took to yoga, and often ended up injuring myself. Juliet is a wonderful teacher, she explains every position and movement so clearly, and the whole session flows beautifully at the perfect pace. As well as being a confident, experienced, knowledgeable and brilliant teacher, she is also a very attentive and caring teacher. I felt that she was constantly aware of every individual in the class, correcting them as and when necessary. I feel so happy to have discovered Juliet’s classes, I feel confident and safe, and I have now become a person that loves yoga! Thank you Juliet
I started my 121 sessions with Juliet after my diagnosis of scoliosis. It is been an amazing experience. Juliet’s approach is fantastic, she has used her expertise in yoga and Pilates to personalise the sessions for me. Her patience is second to none, especially with someone who had no experience in yoga, as well as having terrible balance and co-ordination. Juliet has helped me grow in confidence and I look forward to my sessions. The sessions are so enjoyable - very relaxing, as well as challenging. An hour never feels long enough and not something that I want to stop doing anytime soon. I am now stronger, able to manage my back pain and seen a great improvement in my posture. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Juliet to anyone!

Juliet’s yoga class is one of the highlights of my week. As a new mother with a busy life, my aim has been to achieve some sense of balance - physically and mentally. Juliet’s class has helped with this. Her instruction is clear and informative, and I always leave the class feeling both energised and de-stressed. Your class was just so relaxing but also really uplifting and the pace was just perfect. My body felt lighter and like I had worked every muscle in a good way without any strain.
